Rather big and functional rooms with big beds, an extra bed, a living room, and a sofa...

This venue has a legendary and stylish vibe, plus a fantastic location with great views of the city. The staff are super friendly and really quick to help out. There’s also a nice restaurant on the ground floor. Honestly, I have no complaints! 😊.

as picky eaters we loved to be close to lots of restaurants, went to hoa phong lan couple of times, it was 10 mins walk away.

Legendary hotel located in a relaxing area adjacent to city centre, the frozen Baltic sea or the local park buried under the snow and the railway station and Snow Castle. A lot of food at the delicious and marvellous breakfast. Immaculately clean and warm rooms with a fridge, a dining table and a sofa, welcoming staff.

I had a tasty breakfast with fresh bread and fruit! the location was great too, as this hotel was conveniently close to downtown, the train station, and the bus station. 🚉.

There was free internet in the room.
Access to the hotel after normal hours is via the nightclub and through packed dancefloor, which was really weird. Also hotel rooms were not very clean and furnitures etc were old. Bathroom would have needed some renovation. Price was way too high for this low quality accommodation and service.

The friendliness of the staff and the art deco features
It is an interesting hotel which perhaps needs a bit of an uplift. It's a little tired. Good lighting would play a part in giving it a lift, particularly in the restaurants. I'd recommend it with these reservations.

Kemi is a tiny town. All the sightseeing is easy reached by walking. Merihovi is just at the centre of the town. The staff is very polite and hospitable. There is quite a good breakfast included at the price.
There is no a swimming pool.

The hotel's location in the center of town is ideal for exploring the major tourist areas of Kemi. Being in the heart of the action allowed us to easily access all the sights and attractions. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were extremely attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The basic amenities in the room were more than sufficient for our needs, and the attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness was evident throughout our stay. Finally, the breakfast provided each morning was satisfying and had a good variety of options to choose from.
All aspects of our stay at this hotel were satisfactory.
